4-H Enrollment

It's easy to enroll in the Cass County 4-H program, click here to find out how.

Enrolling in the Cass County 4-H program for 2008 is as easy as opening the following file, printing it, filling it out, and sending it to the Extension office. Deadline is April 1. After that date, please call the office.

2008 Youth Enrollment Form

Persons interested in becoming 4-H club leaders or volunteers will need to fill out a Nebraska 4-H Youth Development Volunteer Profile. Pages 3 to 6 of the Volunteer Profile should be returned to the Cass County Extension office. Please indicate the name of the 4-H club you will be assisting. To establish a new club, please contact the Extension office. Page 7 of the profile will need to be signed and mailed to the State 4-H Program Administrator, 114 Agricultural Hall, Lincoln, NE 68583-0700. Please indicate which county you will be assisting in. In addition to the Volunteer Profile, Cass County asks all new 4-H leaders to fill out an enrollment form and mail it to the Extension office.
